Grape: 94% Tempranillo, 6% Garnacha (aged 0.5 year in oak)
Taste: "Ruby red with medium intensity. Medium-high intensity aroma. Surprising for its frank, floral aroma with notes of berries, strawberries, licorice, hints of vanilla and a little cinnamon. It is fresh, with bright acidity and silky tannins."
Food pairing: “Perfect to enjoy with all kinds of tapas. Rice dishes, seasonal vegetable dishes, charcuterie and cheeses”

Grape: 95% Tempranillo, 5% Mazuelo (aged 3 years, 1 in oak)
Taste: “Intense garnet color. Aromas of red fruits, cherry, and blackberry, blended with notes of vanilla and spices from the oak. Liquored cherries, black pepper, eucalyptus, fig. The silky, well-integrated tannins and balsamic acidity support the full body. Structured, fleshy, filling. Long finish.”
Food pairing: Red meats and game. Smoked pork.

Taste: “Intense deep red-garnet with a ruby trim. In the nose is intense with black ripe fruit, fig…mixed with some intense spicy and smoky notes….balanced tannins with a long finish.”
