The grandfather of Nick Demos (our presenter) opened the very first wine shop in Asheville just after prohibition. In July 2016, Mr Demos passed the ever challenging Advanced Sommelier exam through the Court of Master Sommeliers. Nick has also earned the designation of Certified Wine Educator.
