2023 Domaine Aussieres Chardonnay

Region: Languedoc

Grape: 100% Chardonnay

Taste: “…a fresh, fruit-forward expression of the variety, crafted from the estate’s coolest plots in the Languedoc. Early harvesting and low-temperature fermentation preserve bright aromatics, while aging on lees lends balance and texture. Modern and approachable, this white highlights citrus and orchard fruit flavors with a clean, refreshing finish—a clear reflection of the region’s potential for vibrant, terroir-driven Chardonnay.”

2025 Château d’Estoublon Roseblood Rose

Region: Provence

Grape: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Rolle

Taste: “Pale and luminous hue, with rose-water reflections and subtle hints of peach and melon. The nose is airy and precise, opening with delicate linden and jasmine blossoms, then revealing notes of peach and freshly cut watermelon.
The vibrant palate is supported by a mineral backbone that brings length and tension. Citrus and tangy red berries energize the texture and balance the natural fruit generosity. The finish is long, saline, and refreshing.”

2022 Chateau Recougne Rouge

Grapes: 78% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

Taste: “A nose of red fruits, a deep and powerful structure, silky tannins: an elegant, complex and rich wine. These values give this wine an excellent aptitude for ageing.”

2022 Chateau de La Chaize Brouilly

Region: Beaujolais (Brouilly)

Grape: 100% Gamay

Taste: “A fragrant and delightful Brouilly that’s juicy and subtle. Elegant, medium-bodied palate. Lively acidity and soft tannins for the 2022 vintage. The aromas and the balance are fantastic. […] A blend of wines from two parcels at the bottom of the slope, half of which was matured in casks and half in large oak vats. From organically grown grapes.”

Grapes: 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc

2021 E. Guigal Crozes Hermitage

Region: Rhone Valley (Crozes Hermitage)

Grape: 100% Syrah
