A certified advanced sommelier, Nick Demos will be here to talk about the wines.

Wine scheduled to appear:

2024 Tintero Arneis – Langhe, Italy

“This delightful Arneis features a heady perfume of apricot and flowers, with a luscious texture balanced by crisp acidity and mineral notes. Like all Tintero bottlings, it is easy on the palate and the wallet—a Piemontese classic at bargain cost. ” —Anthony Lynch

2023 Salvard Le Petit – Sauvignon Blanc – Loire Valley, France

Aromas of gooseberries, lime, grapefruit and lemon citrus with fresh green herbs and wet stone. The mouthfeel is summer appropriate with vibrant, crisp, dry crunchy minerality along with citrusy fruits, Loire Valley smoky stone and a snappy finish.”

2023 Salvard Le Petit – Pinot Noir – Loir Vally, France

this wine is light, juicy, and irresistibly drinkable. Bright red berries, a touch of spice, and soft tannins make it a perfect chillable red for picnics, poultry, or just Tuesday night. Loire Pinot at its most playful and pure.”

2024 Kermit Lynch Côte du Rhone Villages – Rhone, France

Juicy, fresh, savory and red fruited, lavender laced, a touch of that Rhone garrigue, a beautiful perfume – textbook Southern Rhone (dare I say old school?)! This new wine is harmonious, elegant and balanced just like the person on the label tip-toeing and balancing themselves on the wine glasses on top of the galets that you find in the best southern rhone vineyards!”

2022 Pergola Rosso Monferatto – Piedmont, Italy
“We all need a go-to red for tricky food pairings and easygoing evenings. This laid-back, Barbera-based rosso, created just for us by the Bodda family, has the soft fruit and gentle tannins to roll with about anything, not only Italian food. From spicy dishes with a bit of heat to funky, fermented fare, if takeout is on the menu and a bottle of Tenuta la Pergola’s Monferrato Rosso is on your wine rack, then you’re all set, because sometimes the best part of a casual evening is not overthinking it.”

2023 Sestii Montelecchio Rosso – Tuscany, Italy

“This wine is noted for its classic Sangiovese character, featuring aromas and flavors of dried dark cherry, herbs (like thyme and sage), and earthy mushroom notes. Reviewers praise its sour cherry acidity, balanced structure with firm but soft tannins, and a long, complex finish. It’s described as a fresher, more succulent, and drink-now style that is a great match for pasta dishes or grilled meats.
